Dr. Lily Han
Dr. Han has been practicing at the Texas Health Resources Hospital Plano for the past 20 years, where she has empowered young adults and their families to make lifestyle modifications to prevent and treat chronic diseases like obesity, diabetes and hypertension. Her interest in obesity and diabetes originated 25 years ago while conducting research in obesity and diabetes at Rockefeller University.
After twenty years in practice, Dr. Han knows first-hand that there’s a dramatic need for lifestyle-guided disease prevention and education. Over the years, Dr. Han has seen too many young patients and their families who accept their poor health or chronic disease as their fate. Instead, she wants them to know that they have a choice to overcome and prevent.
By empowering her patients with a strong knowledge of Lifestyle Medicine, Dr. Han helps them live a more complete and healthier life – free from many of the medications and treatments that simply treat symptoms but don't address the root cause.
In short, Dr. Han’s patients are free to be their best, most healthy self. Dr. Han wants the same for you, too.
